Before making any decisions on the direction of it’s Smart City Program, Glenelg Shire Council in Southwest Victoria created a Smart City Framework. This helped the team create a structure through which new projects are assessed, procured, and deployed.
The framework process focused on:
Stakeholder engagement
Device and Network Assessment
Management Platform
Project Assessment Methodology
In this presentation Jason will share how the creation of the framework helped shape the ongoing development and understanding of Smart City within the Shire as well as the lessons learned.
The session will last for 45 minutes followed by a 15-minute Q and A.
